I own a 2018 Mahindra UTV - Retriever 1000 4WD. Purchased from the only other Mahindra dealer in Mo. That dealer took my money and left me with an inferior product and no warranty service. Unfortunately for ARS, they took me under their wing and turned this UTV into a quality product that will live up to what youd buy one for. Unfortunately for them because they took on a lengthy headache but stuck with their promise to me that theyd make it right. Have no idea why they did as they had no responsibility towards it or me. ARS is like all other dealers in that theyre needing to make a profit in their business. Thats the name of the game. More importantly to them, is the customers experience with their purchase and its performance. Its my feeling that if you purchase a product from ARS and use it as designed, if it's in its warranty period and defective, theyll take care of you. They took care of me, and I didnt even buy from them. I will certainly steer would be customers towards them for purchase or rental needs. Thanks ARS!
